The error is caused by a bug which occurs when a Simple Table element which contains records, tries to overwrite another simple table with records, which occurs as a result of the selected flow in the following screenshot:
To workaround this bug, clear the simple table before updating it, as demonstrated in the following screenshot, which adds the selected Clear model:
(This is, of-course just one possible way to clear the table.)
