Just some ideas for importing a database structure:
create an tersusapplication which calls the external command
mysql --user=USER --password=PASSWORD --host=HOST -D database --xml -e "show columns from TABLE"
parse this xml-document and write the correct output in tables.trp and import this in the Tersus application you want to use.
