I've been able to confirm this behavior in IE, but not in Chrome, so switching to Chrome can be an immediate workaround for the time being.
BTW, I noticed that instead of using a Display/Date Input Field to implement date entry, you've implemented it using a combination of a Display/Text Input Field, Display Actions/Prompt for Date and Dates/Format Date and Time.If this was done because the default date format in Date Input Field is not the one you needed, then I suggest you have a look @ http://www.tersus.com/#Id=895 which explains how to change the default date format. I emphasize that doing so will not resolve your original issue, but will simplify the model which is a good idea in itself.
