I'd hazard a guess that the problem occurs only in certain situations, perhaps when the display is initialized/updated in a certain order.
See for instance http://www.tersus.com/?#Id=3201, for a (very) simple demo which works as expected with the latest version.
Naturally, you're welcome to post/send us a non-working demo.
