using the match function i can match a string with a regex pattern.
So if i use a match [A-Za-z] on "s' &testing", it tells me it doesn't match the pattern.
But now i want to extract the non-matching characters from the string. So "'s' &testing" will become "stesting".
Is there a simple way to do this?
