Thank you for your support, but unfortunately I fear arranging such a conference will not be feasible for us.
This is a chicken and egg issue. Ruby has already gained popularity among developers, so there are economic incentives to arrange Ruby conferences. Tersus, currently, is still a niche platform, so the resources for any event will be loaded on Tersus, and the expected number of developers does not justify it.
This is the constant frustration of small companies, which need to grow in order to have the resources that will allow them to grow...
