Tersus: URL - decoding not working correctly

URL - decoding not working correctlyDate: Dec 3, 2015There is soms problem with url-decoding, we send as value for Parameter1 "ü"It works correct if send as:
http://localhost:8080/151203urltest/#View=View&Parameter1=ü
http://localhost:8080/151203urltest/#View=View&Parameter1=%C3%BCIf send as ASCII the application is hanging:
