Thanks, that did it.
I had set up the automatic updates and then clicked "Help/Check for Updates" as suggested by the document, but the studio would not find any update. So I checked the URLs with a browser and got the 404.
Conclusion: DO "Help/Install New Software..." ; DO NOT "Help/Check for Updates".
