I checked online that someone used this code to sort Chinese, but not sure it works:

Comparator c = Collator.getInstance(Locale.CHINA);
Arrays.sort(strs, c);
And attachment is a simple project for reference, I created a sort function in the title of table, click "Text" you can get the sort result, I had tried 'html.sort' property but doesn't work, maybe you can add it in this project for us.
