You should be able to implement this using a client-side Miscellaneous/Timer which executes a Display Actions/Logout action if the required time has elapsed without user interaction.
To identify user interaction, place <On Key Press> & <On Click> events in the view itself, which reset the timer.
Resetting the timer can be achieved by either cancelling (using Display Actions/Cancel Timer) and loading a new instance of the same timer, or by setting a Time and Date element placed in the view to the curremt time, against which the Timer checks the time elapsed.
