Figuring out (or explaing) any type of modeling issues (or behavior) using screenshots and a textual description of the model flow is difficult. I suggest you attach a demo project, and explain how to recreate the issue.
With regards to time-related issues, they usually result from timezone-based handling of datetime data on each of the tiers. This is further complicated when checking the data via tracing. If the model manipulating the datetime data works, I recommend you simply ignore the actual data shown in the trace view. However, if the results of the datetime manipulation are wrong, you're welcome to attach a demo as suggested above, and I'll try to assist.
