After updating a personal library, importing it in a Tersus-application. I want to restart the specific application in tomcat. But after restarting the specific application, by either renewing the .timestamp, or restarting in the tomcat-manager, every change (in this application) is updated except the library. Only after completely restarting tomcat the library is updated.
Is this a bug, or do I something wrong (which is highly likely)
