I'm attempting to write a native iPhone app to transmit a file via an existing SOAP webservice.
The file webservice takes a Base64Binary type as the parameter in which the file is transmitted, but I can't find what I need in order to:
>load a local file (.doc or .pdf) into binary
> convert to Base64Binary
Any pointers would be much appreciated.
