OK, I managed to deploy Tersus server (1.3.5.9) and studio in Eclipse locally (Mac OS X).
I tried with a basic empty project and when I start Tomcat I get:
SEVERE: The web application [/mysqltest] appears to have started a thread named [tersus.runtime.LowPrecisionClock] but has failed to stop it. This is very likely to create a memory leak.

This is very likely to create a memory leak.
