After installing everything under Windows XP and updating to "latest" (which is 2.0.9 here as well), once I finished implementing the Guestbook demo, and attempted to "Export" it by selecting Export, and clicking Finish on the Application Export Wizard, again nothing happened, exactly like on the Mac OS X. After clicking Finish, Tersus immediately closes the Wizard without delay.
After setting the appropriate values in the Export wizard, no devices are displayed in the "Install on device" combo box. I would have thought that the Android emulator that is running at this time would be displayed here.
Both on the Mac as well as under Windows I am using Helios as the Eclipse version.
I have done nothing beyond installing the latest Android SDK as described on the Tersus website, and installing JDK. I created an Android 2.1-update1 AVD (API Level is 7).
Most notably, I didn't set or change any environment variables, nor did I register the Android SDK with Eclipse (i.e. I did not install the Eclipse plugin for Android development.) Perhaps it is necessary to install this package as well?
When the Android SDK is unpacked, it creates a top-level directory: android-sdk-windows in the subdirectory in which I unpacked the SDK. Thus the path in the Application Export Wizard is C:\Development\android-sdk-windows
Is this the correct path? Or must I use C:\Development\android-sdk-windows\tools?
Default package (note that package is misspelled in the Application Export Wizard) is empty.
Keystore file for signing release packages is empty.
Alias of key for signing release packages is default.
What can I do to get this to work?
