If you refer to selling iPhone apps through Apple's App Store, then there is no difference between an app developed over Tersus and an app developed using other tools. I suggest you read Creating a native iPhone application.
To find apps developed over Tersus in Apple's App Store, you can go to iTunes and search for "Tersus" (you'll get a few demos and apps developed by the Tersus team).
